Canada East:

A Sno Biz in Canada might sound like someone’s selling snow to Eskimos, but since 1999 Sno Biz distributor Paul Hobeika of Les Entreprises Snobiz de L'ést Du Canada continues to discover hot opportunities there. The retail business gained mobility with specialized Sno Biz bicycles. Sales have expanded to neighborhoods, fairs, festivals, special events, ballparks and other popular venues.

In 2008, Paul is having a lot of success adding Sno Biz products to upscale Deli's & Coffee Houses, etc. in major city downtown metro areas. Here's an example with the Terraza Internet Café:

Now Paul coordinates with more than 25 dealers in Quebec and Ontario. “The Sno Biz concept is simple and easy to prepare, product cost is good and, as a food business, there is less waste. We have very good support from Crystal Fresh; they are a good team. We are always in contact to discuss business and exchange ideas.”

Canada West:

Canadian Randy Pentlichuk of Pent Continental started selling Sno Biz products in 1995 only during the Christmas season. If he could sell shave ice in Canada’s cold winter, well, he could sell shave ice treats any time, anywhere. And he has—trade shows, concerts and a popular beach.

With the opportunity to become Canada’s first Sno Biz dealer at a big-box location, Randy decided to go full-time. “This particular Home Depot location did not yet have a food outlet in it,” said Randy, sole they’re coming to us when they didn't even have a trip planned to Home Depot.”
